with extensive experience in multi-tier distribution industries.

Lead the supply chain transformation efforts of a $300B global, integrated
energy company. Conducted an initial ‘private equity’ style
financial analysis to identify process improvement hypotheses and detailed
field work to incorporate specific costs, working capital, and service
level improvements. Follow on work included redefining the decision processes
between the core business units and centralized supply chain organizations.

Lead the 5 week rapid assessment of a $ 25B global industrial manufacturer’s
sales and operations planning processes to identify a portfolio of potential
cost take outs. We identified millions of dollars in savings (1.8% of COGS)
that will improve the overall material planning and execution processes,
from source to customer, by improving management’s ability to better
utilize a continuous improvement decision making framework.

supply chain network from outsourced manufacturing, in-house manufacturing
