Mr. Pearl has over twenty-five years of experience in company valuations, finance, strategy and Mergers & Acquisition advisory. His experience has included all facets of the transaction process from valuation to due diligence and negotiations. Greg has conducted business valuations ranging from small companies to those with sales in the hundreds of millions. He is also skilled in capital investment analysis and joint venture/strategic alliances and has worked with hedge funds, software companies and manufacturing and distribution companies in the US and in Europe.

Greg held a leadership role in Strategy and Mergers & Acquisition advisory for Kraft Inc.

Greg was the CFO of ACT Inc., a venture backed electronics start up. ACT grew significantly with operations in North America and in Europe.

Greg managed one of the divisions of Shure Inc. a global microphones and audio electronics manufacturing.

Greg was a senior strategy consultant with Arthur Anderson Consulting.

Background
Greg is an Accredited Valuation Analyst (AVA) and a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA).

He has a B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana. Greg earned his MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin at Madison. He earned his M.S. in Advertising/Integrated Marketing from Northwestern University.

Greg has taught business courses at Elmhurst College and is a public speaker on business and valuation topics to educational and civic groups. His work has been published in textbooks and used in MBA programs and business education programs worldwide.
