Currently at HP Iyad was vice president of corporate development and chief financial officer at Net_Strike where he was responsible for driving Net-Strike's growth by leading new business initiatives, fundraising, alliance development, and acquisition activities.

Prior to Net-Strike, Iyad came from Ernst & Young's new ventures and global corporate development groups, where he was a San Francisco-based executive leading strategic acquisitions, joint ventures, new business initiatives, and investments in pre-IPO technology companies. He has also held positions at Ernst & Young France in its consulting services and corporate finance practices departments, at Tandem Computers, and at world-class engineering firms including Bechtel Corp. and Ove Arup and Partners.

Darcazallie holds an MBA from the University of California at Berkeley's Haas School of Business, an MS in structural engineering from the University of California at Berkeley, and a BS with honors in architectural engineering from California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo.
